Can I order a custom size?
Yes — almost everything we make is custom. Send us the dimensions, and we will confirm feasibility and price before anything goes on the loom.
How long does a custom carpet take?
Hand-tufted rugs take 4 – 8 weeks. Hand-knotted carpets take 10 – 24 weeks depending on size and knot quality.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Carpets ship insured and door-to-door to most countries, with all export documentation handled at our end.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. We can courier wool and silk swatches in your chosen colourway, or you can visit our showroom in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
